QLM-M series

* The machine integrates multiple functions including turning, milling, boring, and tapping, and combines C axis, Y axis and spare axis, which effectively reduces the produce changeover time, avoid artificial error, and simplify the fixtures.


* Adopt standard automatic receiver, optional automatic feeder, and chip cleaner to improve machining efficiency.


* QLM series machine adopts orthogonal Y-axis design, which has higher precision than the difference-compensated Y-axis design. The Y-axis stroke reaches 100mm. It has strong machining capability and low interference.


* Because of the Y-axis function, the machining mode of QLM series products is in the same way as a machining center equipped with a fourth-axis rotary table. (X,Y, Z axes are the same as the X, Y, Z axes of the machining center, and C axis is the same as the four axis rotary table);


* The integration of turning machine and machining center into a machine tool will greatly save manpower, reduce machining time, floor area and the purchase cost of machine tools and fixtures, as well as reducing various uncertainties caused by multiple times of clamping and handling of workpieces.

BMT Driven Tool Turret Series

Spindle

The spindle is supported by front three and rear two roller bearings to improve the rigidity of the spindle and reduce the runout of the spindle.

The spindle has a strong hydraulic clamping force to facilitate the replacement of collets and chucks.


Screw rod and guide rail

The screw pitch in X and Z directions is perfectly matched to create a more perfect appearance effect and an excellent rapid feeding.


The machine be is integrated cast high-rigidity bed with high precision and high stability, achieving sound chip removal and cleaning.


It adopts imported grade C2 ball screw rod, Grade P roller guide rail, and spindle support by front three and rear two bearings.


Hydraulic System

Korea or Japanese hydraulic system is adopted to improve equipment stability.
